Landlord Booking Process

  1. Fill in all fields in Online Booking Form. PLEASE CLICK HERE
  2. When booking form received Protec Gas Services will contact Tenant and arrange a convenient time for booking.
  3. Protec Gas Services will then send booking details to both Tenant and Landlord for confirmation.
  4. When confirmation received from Tenant and Landlord the call out will be made payable.
  5. When call out is paid the job will be forwarded to technician for arranged time. (Please note; If call out has not been paid 24 hours prior to booking, job will automatically be cancelled and a new booking will need to be made)
  6. It is recommended that the Landlord is contactable during the booking to address any issues while the technician is on-site.
